Review that Japanese book I showed you when you came by for dinner! I forget the name of it, but I'll email it to you when I get back to NY later this week.

I would like to suggest "Aromas of Aleppo" by Poopa Dweck. I bought it, have read it, but have yet to cook from it. Some of the recipes look wonderful.

Thai Food by David Thompson is a little clunky to navigate, but the few things I've cooked from it have been the best Thai food I've ever cooked or eaten.
